All orders are made and prepared in bulk. Processing and production can take 45–60 business days after the order window closes. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Bulk Shipping to U.S. Partner
Once production is complete, all orders are shipped in bulk to our U.S.-based distribution partner for final fulfillment.
3. Final Delivery to Customers
After the bulk shipment is received, orders will be sorted, packed, and shipped individually to customers.
You will receive a tracking number at this stage.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Because of this two-step process, total delivery time may exceed standard shipping timelines. Delays may occur due to production, international shipping, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
