1. Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are made and prepared in bulk. Processing and production can take 45–60 business days after the order window closes. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2.Shipping Range
Available delivery areas: US, Europe, Canada, Australia.
3. Final Delivery to Customers
Each customer’s order will be shipped separately to your designated address on a one-on-one basis.
Due to material differences of our products, different items must be packed separately, which means your order may arrive in one or multiple parcels with varying delivery times. Please kindly wait patiently.
Tracking numbers will be uploaded immediately once parcels are dispatched.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Based on the production timeline mentioned earlier, shipments might be delayed by international transit and customs clearance, leading to longer waiting times. You can either wait patiently or send me an email to check updates.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for each order consist of two parts: a portion of the international shipping cost, plus the full local delivery fee.
(Note: International shipping charges are quite costly, so I will cover part of this expense on your behalf. To reduce your overall shipping cost, you may consider purchasing multiple items in a single order to combine shipments.)
6. Tracking Information
After your shipment goes out, we will upload its tracking code in the background, though there might be a slight delay. Feel free to email me with any concerns.
7.Loss, damage, missing items or non-delivery of parcels
1.If your parcel is undelivered or lost, please contact your local delivery courier immediately to check the status and email me with full details. I will negotiate compensation with the local shipping provider and remake & resend your order as soon as possible.
2.If the items inside your parcel are damaged or missing, please take clear photos as evidence and send them to me by email. I will reply to you promptly and arrange a reshipment within an agreed timeframe for any damaged or missing goods.
